Terms and Conditions
Promoter: Rhino Rack Australia, ABN 63 122 680 639, 22a Hanson Place, Eastern Creek NSW 2766 (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”)
How these Terms work: These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who signs up at the RockyMounts exhibitor booth at Sea Otter Australia 2026 in Batemans Bay, NSW (“Event”), from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 October 2026. They are set out in three parts:
• Part A - General Sign-Ups: applies to all sign-ups on any day, including Friday mailing list sign-ups and the free merchandise offer.
• Part B - Daily Prize Giveaway: applies only to entries into the prize draws on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026.
• Part C - Privacy and General Conditions: applies to everything in Parts A and B.
If anything in Part A is inconsistent with Part B in relation to the Daily Prize Giveaway, Part B applies.
Applies to all sign-ups at the RockyMounts booth, Friday 23 to Sunday 25 October 2026
A.1 Part A applies to anyone who completes and submits a RockyMounts sign-up form at the RockyMounts exhibitor booth during the Event (“Sign-Up”). Submitting a Sign-Up on Friday 23 October 2026 does not enter you into the Daily Prize Giveaway in Part B.
A.2 By submitting a Sign-Up, you agree to receive marketing communications (including emails) from RockyMounts where the form states that submitting it subscribes you, or where you tick the RockyMounts box. You will also receive marketing communications from Rhino-Rack, MAXTRAX and/or ONWRD if you tick the box for that brand. Ticking the boxes for other brands is optional.
A.3 You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
A.4 If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to submit a Sign-Up and to receive marketing communications.
A.5 Free merchandise offer (Friday 23 October 2026 only): each person who submits a valid Sign-Up on Friday 23 October 2026 may collect one (1) free RockyMounts merchandise item from the RockyMounts exhibitor booth on that day during Event opening hours, by showing their sign-up confirmation screen. Limit of one (1) item per person, while stocks last. Items are selected by the Promoter and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
A.6 Incomplete, false or duplicate Sign-Ups are invalid, and the Promoter may refuse a merchandise item where it reasonably believes a Sign-Up is invalid.
Applies to prize draw entries on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026
Promotion Period: 10:00am to 1:59pm (AEDT), Saturday 24 October 2026, and 10:00am to 1:59pm (AEDT), Sunday 25 October 2026 (each an “Entry Period”)
1. Eligibility
1.1 The RockyMounts Daily Prize Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to individuals who visit the RockyMounts exhibitor booth at the Sea Otter Australia event (“Event”) during the Promotion Period and complete an entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Entry is void where prohibited by law. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter, to claim a prize and to receive marketing communications where opted in.
2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter, an individual must complete and submit their contact details via the official RockyMounts online entry form, available at the RockyMounts exhibitor booth (“Entry”).
2.2 On submission of a valid Entry during an Entry Period, the entrant may collect one (1) raffle ticket from the RockyMounts exhibitor booth for the draw held on that day. Raffle tickets will only be issued during an Entry Period.
2.3 Entries submitted on Saturday 24 October 2026 between 10:00am and 1:59pm (AEDT) are only eligible for the Saturday draw; entries submitted on Sunday 25 October 2026 between 10:00am and 1:59pm (AEDT) are only eligible for the Sunday draw. Entries do not carry over from one draw to the next. Each entrant may enter once for each draw.
2.4 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent Entries, and Entries submitted outside an Entry Period (including on Friday 23 October 2026 or after 1:59pm (AEDT) on Saturday or Sunday), will be deemed invalid and excluded from the draw. Submitting the online entry form without collecting a raffle ticket does not constitute an entry into a draw.
3. Prize Draws
3.1 There will be two (2) separate daily prize draws, conducted as follows:
Saturday 24 October 2026: draw conducted at 2:00pm (AEDT) at the RockyMounts exhibitor booth
Sunday 25 October 2026: draw conducted at 2:00pm (AEDT) at the RockyMounts exhibitor booth
3.2 Each daily draw will select six (6) winning tickets, corresponding to six (6) prizes (Prizes 1–6 as described in clause 4).
3.3 Winners must be present at the RockyMounts exhibitor booth at the time their ticket is drawn in order to claim their prize.
3.4 If a winning ticket is drawn and the holder is not present to claim the prize at that time, that prize will be redrawn. Redraws for unclaimed prizes will take place once the initial round of six tickets has been drawn, and will continue until all six prizes for that day have been successfully claimed, or the Promoter reasonably determines no further entrants are available to claim.
3.5 Winners must be able to produce valid identification and/or proof of their Entry (e.g. matching raffle ticket) to claim a prize.
3.6 The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion, including the conduct of the draw, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Prizes
Each daily draw (Saturday and Sunday) offers the following six prizes:
1st Prize: RockyMounts BackStage hitch mount (RRP $1,079)
2nd Prize: MAXTRAX MKII boards, pair (RRP $319)
3rd Prize: RockyMounts DropTop fork mount (RRP $145)
4th Prize: Rhino-Rack Stow iT Utility Holder – Regular with Zwifloc (RSIT2) (RRP $135)
5th Prize: Rhino-Rack PEB4 – Eye Bolts with Zwifloc (4) (RRP $79)
6th Prize (Random Draw): RockyMounts merchandise item/s (no RRP)
4.1 Total prize pool across both draw days: up to twelve (12) prizes, with a combined RRP of approximately $3,514.
4.2 Prizes are as stated and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
4.3 If a prize (or component of a prize) becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize with a replacement of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
4.4 The random draw prizes (“mystery item”) will be merchandise item/s selected at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. Prize Collection
5.1 Prizes 2 to 6 must be collected in person at the RockyMounts exhibitor booth on the day the prize is won, during Event opening hours, unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter.
5.2 Due to its size, the 1st Prize (RockyMounts BackStage hitch mount) will not be handed over at the Event. The Promoter will ship it to the winner at no cost to the winner, to an Australian street address provided by the winner, within 10 business days after the Event. The winner must provide their shipping details when requested, and the Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
5.3 Prizes not claimed in accordance with these Terms (including the redraw process in clause 3.4) will be deemed forfeited, and the Promoter is under no further obligation in respect of that prize.

6. Personal Information
6.1 By submitting a Sign-Up or an Entry, you consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (name and contact details) for the purposes of conducting the Sign-Up and the Promotion, including contacting winners, and for RockyMounts and, where separately opted in, Rhino-Rack, MAXTRAX and ONWRD marketing communications, in accordance with clause A.2.
6.2 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at Contact Us.
7. General Conditions
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Sign-Ups, Entries and entrants and to disqualify any person who submits a Sign-Up or Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who engages in conduct that is fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or acceptance/use of a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, if for any reason it is not capable of running as planned due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
