The HighNoon FC (Fender Compatible) is the first RockyMounts hitch rack specifically designed to carry bikes with or without fenders. Built on the monorail platform with additions like an upswept base for improved departure angle and a tiered platform for better handlebar clearance. The HighNoon FC offers a stable, frame-free transport system. Its dual strap tire retention system ensures secure loading for a wide variety of bikes, including those equipped with fenders.
