Great features, fairly easy set up and I like that it can hold an ebike's weight. This is a solid mount with ease of use putting bikes in secure position. It works great! I was a little worried I might need to add an extension with my hitch ending about 6" forward of my bumper, but no issues with bikes in place or folding rack up with not in use. Great design!

appears to be well made. assembly not terrible. Just know that if the silver button on the top of the thing that goes into the hitch is too high, you can persuade it to get right with a few taps of a hammer. once on the vehicle, its rock solid. Look on YouTube for some videos of how to get a heavy e-bike onto a rack by yourself. I'm glad I bought this rack.

I've had this rack for a few weeks now and love the features and its low profile. Keeps bike stable in travel on my rough mountain roads and the cable / locking feature ensures my bike is still in the rack when I run into the convenience store.
Also, easy assembly - think I had it on my truck in around 30 min.
