About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Rep. This role's main focus will be customer relations, and ensuring a positive experience.  We all pitch in on marketing, events and product development to keep the role lively.  This is a full time role at our building in Grand Junction, with work from home available on a limited basis.  M-F 9-5 and the start date is September 6th, but there is flexibility.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries over the phone and email

  • Diagnose technical issues with regard to our products and their functionality

  • Assist customers with installation and use of our products

  • Help walk-in customers

  • Facilitate returns and exchanges

  • Work with engineers on product concerns

Job Qualifications: 

  • Good problems solving abilities and communication

  • Work well with other staff members

  • An understanding and appreciation of bicycles is a bonus

Compensation:

Salaried full time position $40,000-$45,000 DOE, paid time and holidays off, we cover 65% of health care and IRA match.
