RockyMounts does not cover damage resulting from:

Use of product as not intended or designed.
- Use on RVs, Trailers, Off-Roading
- Use of generic hitch extensions or third party components

Superficial wear-and-tear. Such as faded plastic/paint, corrosion, etc.

Impact from vehicle crashes, garage door, low trees, ground objects, parking lot incidents

Melted wheel cups from insufficient exhaust clearance

Extreme weather events
- Driving under garages or low overhangs with roof racks
- Car Washes

Modified or altered products

Incorrectly assembled or installed products

Lost Keys

Theft of bicycles or equipment
