Warranty Information

RockyMounts Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wear beyond what is considered normal with proper use and maintenance

  • Broken parts/components from regular use

  • Issues that inhibit proper function of the rack

RockyMounts does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Use of product as not intended or designed, off-road use

  • Superficial wear-and-tear. Such as faded plastic/paint, corrosion, etc.

  • Impact from vehicle crashes, garage door, low trees, ground objects, parking lot incidents.

  • Extreme weather events

  • Modified or altered products

  • Incorrectly assembled or installed products

  • Lost Keys

  • Theft of bicycles or equipment

  • Include your sales receipt as warranty requests will not be processed without proof of purchase

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to/from RockyMounts

If you are the original owner of a product purchased prior to January 1, 2014 we encourage you to contact our Customer Service Team even though it does not qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty. We do all we can to keep RockyMounts products in working order and want to help you make that possible.
