Works Great!
I travel a lot for work and take a bike along. I store it inside My Jeep Wrangler since I don't trust exterior bike racks at hotels. I originally purchased the whole mount with 110 thru axle. It worked great. Then I bought a fat bike and needed a longer adapter. This holds the fork secure and is easy to swap out depending on which bike I choose to travel with.

Works great! One improvement that would help me a lot would the ability to offset the sleeve or sleeve mount to accommodate wide handlebars

This is why I bought the Hot Rod to begin with!
What with fork width and axle standards changing all the time, the Hot Rod made the most sense. And then I purchased a fat-bike. Crap! I thought to myself. There's no way that Rocky Mounts makes a Fat Bike adapter sleeve. But sure enough, they do! For a mere $10.00 I was able to obtain a 15x150mm! It's a value at twice the price. Right now I have three different fork/axle standards in my garage, but these sleeves mean that one rack can hold all of them. If it wasn't for these adapters, it'd be so frustrating.
