    These straps make my Monorail 100% versatile for all my bikes. Road, 29er, and Fat. Great investment.

    I'm trying to replace the wheel strap assembly but can't figure out how to get the end cap off. I've removed the security Torx bolt from underneath the end cap but the end cap still won't pull off. Help please?
