First I bought the van track, but the bikes are mounted under my bed and every CM counts, and this gave me about 2cm lower bar height. If you are trying to pack the most bikes into the smallest footprint the van track is better, but these are the best for clearance.

Required Significant DIYing for Nissan
To install a thru-axle bike mount into track at any angle other than zero, there’s no alternative to this platform. It’s a thick, sturdy, not-messing-around part. But the “Utili-Track” in Nissan trucks has unique dimensions, and it turns out that no studs exist that can fit it. My DIY solution is an upside-down elevator bolt—the head slides into the track. Also, in my 2017 Frontier, the track is actually recessed a bit below the level of the bed’s floor, so I stacked 10 washers on top of the track and under the Rocky Mount platform so it—including its screw heads—would clear the floor. It seems like a secure enough solution, although I do wonder if over time stress might break the relatively thin heads of the elevator bolts. We’ll see! I’d include a photo if there were a way to do that….
