    hot stuff

Posted by Billy on Jun 30th 2017

I was using a tailgate pad and my bike was getting a little banged up from the other bikes. I did not want to take the front wheel off, but this is great! I carry three bikes in the back of my Dodge and they do not move around anymore. I did not get this from rockymounts as i found it cheaper somewhere else.

    really nice.

really impressed with this. it is simple and really well made machined part. i work at a fab shop and wish we could make arts this cool. I like that you can swap the axles for other sizes if need be, and it comes with them! Have a bike with a boost fork and was having trouble finding a fork mount for my truck. i bolted it to a 2x4 and put it in the back of my truck and it works great. glad i stumbled on this bike rack.

HotRod mounts rock in New Zealand

Posted by Neil G. on Jan 25th 2017

Darn, I wish I had purchased 6 of these instead of 4. Mounted the Rockymounts Hotrods on the lids of our utes and they really do rock. Awesome that they are boost compatible. So handy to be able to switch out the inner adapter piece for mounting riding mates bikes that run different hubs and axles. Recommending to a few NZ cycle imported sponsors of our events that they become the kiwi distributors. Enough utes in this farming and mtb mad country afterall!
